HIIT
High intensity interval training. In this class, not only will your cardiovascular system will be challenged, but also muscular endurance resulting in BIG calorie burn!
STRENGTH
Limited to just 4 people, this class takes on a small group PT format, with the emphasis on lifting weights, building strength and ultimately growing muscle.
BOX
Learn to box, let off steam and have fun! Boxing is a great calorie burner and in this class, the focus is on punching your way to a leaner, fitter you!
BOXTEC
BOXTEC classes are a slower, more technical boxing class. Aimed at beginners to intermediates looking to learn and hone in their technical boxing skills.
OPENGYM
Fancy coming in and doing your own thing? OpenGym Sessions allow you to do just that. In addition to this, during OpenGym Sessions, our fully qualifed trainers are on hand if you need a little help during your session.
HIIT ONLINE

STRAVA RUN
Need a little accountability with your running? Our Strava leader board run gives you just that. A covid safe virtual running club with weekly prizes for the top runners!
STRETCH
Feeling a little stiff? Our weekly stretch class will help maximise your recovery between sessions whilst improving mobility and preventing injuries.
CORE BLAST
A short and sharp session designed to build and strengthen your core muscles including the abs, obliques and more. If improving your midsection is the goal, then this is for you!
PLEASE NOTE
We have a duty of care to ensure the safety of our members and as a result, all outdoor classes will take place in pairs, as per government guidelines & mixing with others will not be permitted.
Unless unsafe to do so, all outdoor classes will go ahead regardless of weather!
