HIIT 

High intensity interval training. In this class, not only will your cardiovascular system will be challenged, but also muscular endurance resulting in BIG calorie burn and our online advanced class steps it up a notch!

BOX

Punch your way to fitness with our fast paced, high intensity boxing fitness class. Your balance and co-ordination will be tested as your put through your paces in a fun and energising workout.

BOOTYBUILD

Looking to build size and strength through your lower body? Our BootyBuild class will take you through an intense muscle building lower body workout with a guaranteed burn!

OPEN GYM

Your workout, Your way. Come and use the studio to get your own workout in, all whilst having one of our experienced personal trainers on hand to help!

METCON

Using advanced conditioning techniques, improve your v02 max, burn a tonne of calories and get fitter than ever before with our high intensity metabolic conditioning class.
