No Gym? No Problem!
In response to the latest update from the PM, we have decided to run a revised class timetable in order to keep you all moving!
Held online over Zoom, PRFRM online classes are a fast and fun way to make improve your health, continue your progress and ultimately make the most out of lockdown.
Online classes are 35 mins long, and the only kit you will need will be a towel, some water and a ready to get stuck in attitude!

Although the sessions are tough, they are hosted with the PRFRM ethos at the forefront - to be make fitness fun & enjoyable.
